Refund policy

Refund Policy

We offer refunds only in case the order is not dispatched from our warehouse. We do not offer refunds if you are unable to use the product, or do not like the product.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that product opening video is mandatory to claim any damaged product received.

Please note that we are not responsible for delay in courier pickup or delivery as it is out of our hands. However in case of delay of more than 90 days, we will refund your entire amount.

Buyer no longer wants the items - this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at sarava.in. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.

In case of prepaid order if parcel is returned to us because of "Customer not accepted" issues, we will deduct return shipping charges for the parcel and refund the balance amount. 

Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order.

Refunds
If Your order is not dispatched you may email us or Whatsapp us on our contact number +918097995159, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
